Thomas Hubert

Thomas Hubert has experience in diverse fields such as Project & Change Management, Strategic & Operational Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Prior to GC Partner, he researched the reorganization and improvement of the Vendor Managed Inventory process for a global leading chemical company. In parallel, he put theory into practice at a student-owned company specializing in marketing consulting. As project Leader he developed a new branch of activity today weighting 50% of the company's turnover and he led key surveys for retail and services corporations.

With GC Partner, he has been involved in Supply Chain Management missions for mid- and large-scale companies. He has valuable experience on a project carried out in a worldwide leading company in the consumer packaged goods industry. Setting Supply Chain Management best practices, he focuses on service level improvement by setting key performance indicators and master planning processes and concentrated on streamlining working capital through asset utilization optimization. Thomas was also involved in a global Business Process Improvement project and assisted in the solution design and implementation of Supply Chain modules for the group's new ERP.

Thomas has practical knowledge of Process Improvement methods such as Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. In addition, driven by a constant entrepreneurial mindset he co-funded his own e-business company in mid-2007. His analytical skills and competence in building models, managing IT systems and programming languages, and team-orientation make him effective and efficient in changing environments.

Thomas holds a Master's degree with honors in Business Administration with engineering from HEC Business School of University of Liège, Belgium. He speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.
